This product is used for payment of the shipping cost when a previous order needs to be re-shipped, for example, if a shipment has not been picked up and has therefore been returned to our warehouse.

The payment covers the cost for the new shipment. Please provide your original order number in the message field at checkout so that we can easily link the payment to the correct order.

Once the payment has been registered and the returned shipment has arrived back at our warehouse, we will re-ship the order to the address agreed upon with customer service.

Discounts and discount codes do not apply to this product.
