This type of face mask is designed for use in surgical and medical environments within healthcare settings. TYPE II must be used when there is no risk of fluid splashes. Type II face masks are ideal for healthcare settings or for protection while on the go, such as on public transportation, at airports, etc.

How to properly wear a face mask:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with water and soap. Use hand sanitizer if needed.

2. Fully unfold the mask with your fingers so that the colored side is facing outwards.

3. Place the mask so that the elastic bands go behind your ears.

4. Pinch the mask's nose clip for a secure fit. Replace the mask after a maximum of 4 hours or if it becomes wet.
